With Variable Direct Debit, our customer’s bill will always stay 100% accurate. Following the Estimated Annual Consumption (EAC) as submitted during registration or based on actual consumption gained via customers meter reads on the last day of the month. The customers only pay for what they use. Credit or Debit built up will be reconciled in the following month. No credit build up over the length of contract or underpaid bills. Paying only for the electricity used.

Once you have completed the online application, you will be notified via email about the switching process and the electricity supply's effective date.
It usually takes up to 14- 21 days for an effective switch to take place. The Tariff Quote is shared to your registered email address and an email to confirm that we have received your direct debit details to complete a switch application.
We will send you at least three email reminders, seeking an opening meter reading, to get you started with your energy supply.

As a part of our Advance Billing System, we bill our customers one month in advance based on the Estimated Annual Consumption and seasonal estimates. Upon receiving the meter reading at the end of the month, the estimated bill gets reconciled in line with the meter reading received. This is a continuous process that is followed throughout your billing cycle.

A customer pays a standing charge separately to their energy usage. It's for the cost of delivering and supplying energy to their home, rather than energy usage. A standing charge may vary depending on what tariff a customer is on and whether the supply relates to electricity or gas.
